help me to solve origin problem when i want to download my game i have need to get permission

i was do all way to solve but still cant

Close origin completely and then right click the origin shortcut and then "run as administrator". Once origin has launched, try to redownload the game. Let me know how it goes.

still same, origin always need permission to download but nothing notification to say yes

Hey @pixelmasters I'm having issues reading the error message in your post, would you be able to share a larger version of it. I'm pretty sure that I know the error but want to be sure.

Can you try the following steps to see if they help:

1. Try re-installing Origin:
   1. Close the Origin client.
   2. Open the Control Panel (find it by searching “Control Panel” in the Start menu).
   3. Click on Uninstall a program under Programs.
   4. Click on Originand uninstall.
   5. Reinstall Origin,

Try running Origin as an administrator:

6. Close the Origin client.
7. Right-click the Origin client icon on your desktop (or in the Origin directory if not on your desktop) and click Run As Administrator.

This runs the Origin client as an administrator account, and should let the game  install.

Try lowering the User Access Control settings:

8. Close the Origin client. 
9. Click the Windowsbutton and type "UAC" in the search field. 
10. In the User Access Control window, click and hold the slide bar —slide it to the lowest setting available. 
11. Click Okat the bottom of the window. 
12. Open the Origin client and try installing again
