A weird banned solution

I have contacted the ToS team service for many times because of my ban, what i'm just doing is abusing the RP glitch just for a couple times, maybe 8 times max, and that's because i didn't know before about this rules, no warn from emails or in game, but then i got the permanent ban, i watch some streamers got the same problem like me, and much more using this RP glitch, but they just got suspended not the permanent like me, is it because they are streamers ?

 

Then i got an emails from origin that said i have purchased the origin basic access, it's weird, i'm not even logged in for a couple of days, not even buy that thing, is it the solution from EA to me ? bough me an origin basic access for a month rather than relieve my punishment from permanent to suspend ?

that's not the thing that i want, i just want to play apex again with my account.

Hey @shinebacem27 the month of Origin Access is part of an offer that EA ran where everyone who has login verification turned on received a free months membership.

For any questions relating to a TOS sanction, you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

 

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

 

  1. Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
