A question to download THE WITCHER 2

Why I have bought THE WITCHER 2 in origin .But when I wanna download it,it always has a same mistake to stop me to download it.

I am in Taiwan.CAN u help me,,,,,my english is poor ,,,

There are two possible solutions for that error:

• Turns on Safe Mode Downloading via Origin - Application Settings - Advanced
• Reset Internet Explorer Settings (these are Windows settings and are also applicable if you are not using Internet Explorer)

Please let me know if that resolves your download issue.

1.First thing to do , check your TiME / DATE in your machine.

2.You need to clearing your Origin cache and for this you get a perfectly detailed post from@EA_Nils >->  http://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin/my-origin-will-not-update-my-sims-4/m-p/4721983#M163410  

3.Restart your machine.

4.Make sure you are the administrator, run the setup file Origin with Admin rights  http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2

NOTE if your issue persist you need to  checked in Origin /Application Settings /Advanced / Safe Mod Downloading - checked Enable Safe Mod Downloading then restart Origin.

THe error numer is:"196620:0" though I do not know what that means
