A problem with scrolling in my PS5.

When I was about to go into splitscreen to play with my brother, a popup popped up saying I had to sign in. So I tried to sign in, but the only problem was that I couldn’t scroll down to hit the “Next” button. I don’t know if this is just a controller problem or something with the game itself, but any help will be good.

Hey @chonks_berry,

Were you trying to use the joysticks, or the D-Pad to select the "Next" option?

It should work if you use the directional arrows instead of the Joystick.

Hey @chonks_berry with which game is it that you are seeing this issue? 

Is the sign in page asking you to log into a PSN account or into your EA account?

Have you tried using the analog buttons as suggested above rather than the joystick?

Do you see anything else on screen, sometimes if you have some accessibility options turned on they can prevent you from navigating certain menus at certain times. I've run into the issue when testing before and it's no harm in taking a look at your system settings to see if there is anything on that shouldn't be.

I take it that you are playing couch co-op, do you have both Gamertags being used on your PS5 system, if not try adding both to your system and logging into both before launching the game.

Yeah, turns out I did have to use the Arrow Pad, I just had a brain fart and didn’t even think of it xd. Thanks man
