I downloaded the sims 4 on my phone played it about a week and my sims disappeared. I tried to reinstall the game and lost everything. My major problem is I had just bought points! I spend $19.99 and 4.99 and don’t have the points. What do I do?

We'll need you to get in touch with an EA Advisor so they can pull up your account. If you did not sync up your game progress to Facebook/Google/Apple and uninstall the game, it will delete your content since the information will be stored to the device instead of the cloud servers.
Our Live-Support team will need you to provide receipts of those purchases. You can add the to the case number by clicking on the link below.
