I've been playing for a little while, and suddenly noticed that my character won't level up anymore.
I've entered the character screen and see the xp is at 7000/7000 needed for level 12, but I am not prompted to level up!
I used the console to try and open the level up screen manually, but it doesn't show the level up options.
I have killed many creatures, but that didn't seem to help.
I have installed a mod called "Elven Ruins" or some such, which had a statue that granted one point in an ability score, but it wasn't capped. I used it to WAAAAAY up my abilities. Does the XP depend on that in some way?
I have since uninstalled the mod, but that didn't solve the issue.
