unable too log in on game account says i'm banned

my question is why is my account online banned ???as far as i know ihave not done anything wrong.when i go and log in before i play the game ,tells me i'm banned and don'ty know why.i would like to get it fixed so i can log back on with out making a new account.thank you. if you need my email its [edit: email address removed]

@Hoiser Is this issue with Dragon Age? I think you're in the wrong section. 

In any case, if you believe that you have been incorrectly banned/suspended please contact the account disputes email for further investigation.
