transfering dlc between accounts [ Edited ]

i wasnt able to use my old account to register anything for mass effect 2 and 3 since the email for it went dead, i was wondering if there was any way to get the dlc rights from my dragon age origins ultimate edition transfered to the new account, i have the game case with all the papers for verifaction if it is needed, because id like to just use the new one considering with it ive spent close to $200 on games (if not more, mass effect 3 i spent almost $100 on the game and all the dlc), id really like to have my blood dragon armour in mass effect 2 and dragon age 2.

It is normally not possible to transfer DLCs. In some cases merging accounts may be possible.

Your best bet however might be to contact customer support to get help with reactivating the one account you don't have access anymore.
