linking PS3 account to PC account

I already have the ultimate edition of dragon age origins on PS3, it it possible to upgrade my pc version to an ultimate edition using the same key or do you have to buy this as a seperate ultimate edition?

need to buy a diffrent key. origin keys have a diffrent format to consoles and they are not cross platform in use. sorry
