error connection to ea core lost-dragon age origins.

I have been playing dragon age origins for a couple months now with no problems. I recently installed bitdefender and now i am getting "error connection to ea core lost" when I try to play the game. I have added firewall rules to both the bitdefender and windows firewall for bot Origin and Dragon Age. Is there a file that I am missing that I need to give permission. Thank you for your help.
