dragon age origins ultimate edition will not launch

Alright, this seemed to be a common issue so I looked into multiple topics and tried various things but without success.

1. My PC meets all recommended requirements.

2. I have PhysX installed.

3. I've run Origin as admin.

4. I have the game set not use the origin launcher.

5. I've attempted to launch the game as admin.

6. I've repaired the game/updated. (no issues and updated.)

7. I run the game with windows 8 compatibility mode.

8. I have a firewall exception for Origin and Dragon Age.

9. Yes, I tried turning the computer off and on again.

10. I've tried full screen and windowed modes.

With all this I've only gotten the gotten the game to only come on once. I thought after all this the problem was solved and closed the game. Now it wont come back on. The Dragon Age art pops up and the game starts to load, then it stretches the screen (I assume to fill it and begin the game) but then nothing happens. At this point I cannot do anything with my PC except restart. I've given it time to load, (I gave it up to an hour) and tried opening it in windowed mode.

I'm at my wits end with this game, and just need some kind of idea on how to fix it,

I'm having the same issue. But mine worked just fine until a week ago when it would crash and now won't load

Can you describe more of what is going on with the game itself?

What is happening when you click to begin the game from desktop?

Are you able to get to the options menu in game to resume game/load game/new game, etc?

      - From resume game, does the game crash to desktop?

      -Does it crash when you reach a specific spot in game to desk top?

      -Are trees flickering when you look around?

Ultimately, YouTube has a lot of frustrated gamers who have made videos to correct problems since there is little help here. Hope you got it fixed!
