digital copy awakening needs disk

I have a physical copy of DA:O, which is authorised on Origin. I purchased and downloaded the awakening expansion from the Origin store. When I try and launch either the main game of DA:O, or the awakening expansion pack, it tells me i need to insert the awakening disk. ( have tried with the base game disk inserted, no change). This is clearly impossible, given the I purchased a digital copy. So now I can't even play the base game, let alone the expansion.

@kelsey66642069 It certainly sounds like something has gone wrong here. 

If you reach out to support hey should be able to set your account to a fully digital version.
