daupdater not working (a fix)

So I was having this issue where the daupdater would just crash and not run.  After chatting with an EA Advisor and not being able to fix it, i found this on the bioware forums.

Basically, you need to download 

http://supportfiles.bioware.com/dragonage/DAUServiceDiagnostic_beta.exe

and run it, then the daupdater worked for me afterwards.

Was asked by the EA advisor to post this for anyone who runs into this issue.

This is not working for me.  I have the digital download of the game (DAO GOTY edition) and I notice on the DAU Service Diagnotic program, that I downloaded yesterday,  a message that says there is no CD key.  There is no place to put the key in the digital game that I know of.    The updater worked perfectly until yesterday when it just stopped working.  I am running it under Win 7 as Administrator.
