I own Dragon Age: Origins for the PC and have it registered with EA. Would it be possible to get a Steam key to activate it through Steam? I know I can add non-Steam games to the Steam menuing system, but I'd rather have it be the native Steam one.

Not likely to happen given that EA does not release anything on Steam anymore other then what is there so I doubt seriously they will issue a Steam Key

You'll have to ask Valve if the product code you already have will work. (Heck, just try it!)
I do know that the product code you're given when you purchase DAO through Steam is valid for the EA/Origin install. mileywink:

I'm trying to do the opposite. I would like to migrate all my EA games I purchased on Steam over to Origins. Does anyone know how I would go about doing this?

Log-in to Origin, then from the top-line menu choose, "Origin-> Redeem product code", and enter your code.
Download and install. mileyvery-happy:
