Steam Bought Ultimate Edition - PhysX issue

I was glad to finally have spent hours waiting on Downloading DA:O Ultimate Edition... Only to finally click Play and to be tld it's unable to start due to a PhysX issue, and tells me to visit Nvidia to update my PhysX yet  I have the latest drivers for my GTX660M, 331.82

This makes no sense and visiting Nvidia won't do anything.
