As soon as you say “I’m ready when you are” Just quickly turn and run the opposite direction...it’ll start automatically 🙏

was stuck here for ages!!! Finally found a fix, just as Avernus goes to walk to the position he gets bugged at just run immediately back toward the door you entered before the cutscene the opposite direction that avernus starts to walk in!
