Redeem code serial code inversion - DLC error

Hi,

I bought myself a physical copy of dragon age origin ultimate (new), but when trying to use redeem code for dlc i got an error (on the website).

"Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly."

I think the problem could come from the fact that i use the code for those DLC to register the game (instead of the serial number on the game book).

The DLC code is the one on the flyer with "unlock all the additional content pack" that also tell to download patch 1.05.

What I did:

I used origin game client to register the game using DLC code.

I register the game on http://social.bioware.com using, again, the DLC code.

Patch to 1.05

On https://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php, none of the DLC show up so I tried to redeem code (https://social.bioware.com/redeem_code.php) with DLC code and it fail. (the serial code doesn't work better).

In game all the DLC show up only in "available content" tab as content to be bought using bioware point. (other tabs are empty).

Did I miss something ?

On the page http://social.bioware.com/user_bw_games_register.php when I scroll to Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition - PC I have an option to remove registration, should I use it , register again with correct serial number and try again to redeem DLC ?

Or should I just ask bioware support to work magic ?

You will need to contact an EA Game Advisor.

To do so:

        Go to https://help.ea.com/

        Log in with your Origin account.

        Click on "Contact us"

        On the next page select the game you wish help with and click on Go.

        Chose the appropriate options in the drop down menu for "Product", "Category", and "Platform".

        Select the available Contact method of your choice.
