Promo DLC won’t unlock in Keep?!

When I try to get any of the free promo DLC for both Dragon Age Origins and 2, I can get it for both Xbox and PC with no issues. When I try to get it for PS3, the platform I’m actually using, I get the error message I attached. Customer support doesn’t know what’s wrong, they can’t fix it. Does anyone else have this issue with the promo DLC for a specific platform?
