Know what you're thinking, clean it, wipe it off, ive done that 3 times before i posted this. I just got my ultimate edition from amazon today and took it out of the case. (New by the way.) Popped it in the disc tray and it says its unreadable. This is seriously troubling me because ive spent 50 bucks to get it so....anyone got anything on this?

Hi there,
It is possible the disk might be faulty, however before asking for a replacement I would recommend you to:
1. Try clearing your console cache (see instructions below)
2. Try some of the steps from this article:

Return disc to sender as defective.
Alternative involves establishing an EA/Origin account, contacting EA Customer Service, explaining what happened, and with the CD-Key, getting your account.authorized for the game download.

Greetings,
I know this is a two-year old thread but I'm having the same problem. I have the most recent version of the Xbox 360 (the one that looks like the Xbox One a little bit) and we bought it new.
Our game disc is new as well. Disc one works just fine, disc two gets the "Unreadable" Error.
I spent yesterday installing a ton of games, many of which have disc two DLC installs (Fallout, Borderlands, Skyrim, Oblivion), all no issues whatsoever. Clearly, not the console at this point.
So is there an actual solution to this issue?
