[Known issue] Problem with logging into DA Origins servers

Yeah I just bought it on the Xbox one and I went through about 5 customer support groups trying to find if the servers were down or not. 5 phone calls and 5 hours later all they tell me to do after bringing in a specialist is that I need to try and post on a thread on their forum and that it may not be connecting because I am in backwards compatibility mode or something like that.

I am sorry to hear that.  I am still having the issue of logging in to the servers for the last few days.  Then I got a cloud sync error yesterday and now it it back to being unable to log into the servers.  It was working just fine a free weeks ago and now I can’t delete old characters and I can’t upload characters.....

I just spoke to someone at EA on live chat. This is what they said:

Anchal I can imagine how disappointing it could be, other players have also reported this issue. Good thing is, our team is aware and has already started working towards a resolution. I’d request you to just wait for some time while we look into it.

Anchal There is a known issue going on, due to some maintenance

Anchal I know it's upsetting however to make the servers more stable the maintenance is going on for better experience

I've been trying to log on with my PC for the last 3 days and the servers were unavailable. "No longer available" was the message I got. The same problem with my PS3.

Anyone else think it's a ploy to make us buy their newer products? (Ha,ha...)
