[Known issue] Problem with logging into DA Origins servers

Same problem here in Mexico on Xbox one with DA:O I tried to connect with the servers but I can't

Really hope it's soon. Been wanting to get back into Origins, but can't while the servers are acting up. Well, I guess I COULD, but...rather wait.

If you are using an Xbox One console, you may be able to play Origins/Awakening/DLC then import into 2 via the cloud. Maybe. It's only a theory that I haven't tested, only heard from somewhere.

Moved my saves back from the cloud to my PS3, still can't...grr.

DA2 is now reverse compatible on Xbox One. I imported from my Origins with the server down.

All well and good, but doesn't help those who don't have a X1.

I still can't connect. Any word yet on when this will be fixed for everyone?

Still doesn't work on PS3. All my account informations are good, but after the "Checking downloadable content" loading screen, it pops another message: "Unable to access your online profile storage. The account information provided may be invalid." And then, well, I can't get any DLCs...

Yeah, same here. And I've been on with EA support 3 times, none of their suggestions work even though they say the problem has been fixed. Absolute garbage, I am so disappointed. Get it together, EA, or you're going to lose all of your customers.
