Help I cannot log into dragon age origin servers.

Hi there.

I have been playing dragon age origins ultimate edition for a few weeks now, but I have never been able to log into the dragon age servers and access any of the DLC.  Is it my computer?  I am running windows vista home premium.  Any advice on how to access the DLC would be appreciated.

when I try to log in it says that it is connecting to servers, but that notification disappears so fast that it is almost impossible to read and then it never connects.

Forgive me, I am not terribly computer savvy, I'm sure there is some obvious step I am missing.

I found the answer to my problem logging in in another post.  Apparently your password can only contain alpha numeric characters and my password had a # so changing it fixed the problem for me.  Hope this helps.
