Game crashes at loading [ Edited ]

Hi!

So,I bought the game (Ultimate Edition) a WHILE ago, but I decided to play it once again on my new PC. So I open the game, click on new game and it takes me to the loading screen. Then, the little loading wheel stops spinning, but the music keeps playing. However, I waited like 4 minutes and the wheel didn't start moving again, like the game crashed. I had to close my PC and restart it. Even with a restart, it doesn't work. The game is on the right resolution, I tried lowering graphics, I tried uninstalling the game and deleting it's old files. Nothing. I even tried loading the Leliana's song DLC and it does the SAME *. I'm out of option and I don't want to do anything cuz I suck with anything that has to do with files and DxDiag or some *.

Which version of the game do you have? (e.g. DVD, Origin, GOG)

I do think you should try and post a dxdiag file. I think this page explains it quite well, so just follow that step for step. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
