Dragon Age origin/ inquisition won't launch

Dragon age Origins and Dragon age inquisition have an error saying they need to be activate it even though I have activated it and installed it

@olivermcg027 Hi, do you still have these issues today? Have you been able to add different Origin games?

Restarting your Origin app as an administrator may help too.

Hello David, sorry for the  extremely late reply i have but i still had the same issue i have also tried uninstalling origin and both dragon age games, still no success.

If you're still having this problem, could you try to do the following steps:

• Try to activate the game using a different Internet connection, it can even be a hotspot from your mobile phone.
• Clear Origin cache.
• Run Origin as admin.
