Dragon Age d/l content

I purchased a dragon age ultimate bundle.  It has DA:origins, the expansion and DAII.  It came with d/l content which shows up on the web site.  However in DA:origins when I log in and try to start a new game it lists all the content installed and said it can not be used unless I log in with a username which has purchased it.  It's not syncing with the info on the servers.  I am logging in with the same account.

You will need to contact an EA Game Advisor.

To do so:

        Go to https://help.ea.com/

        Log in with your Origin account.

        Click on "Contact us"

        On the next page select the game you wish help with and click on Go.

        Chose the appropriate options in the drop down menu for "Product", "Category", and "Platform".

        Select the available Contact method of your choice.
