Dragon Age:Origins very lag in medium pc [ Edited ]

My game is very lag on 10-20fps even I changed the resolution to 800x600 and changed to all low graphics,I need some helps,here is my pc specs

@-BFVN-deviceHmm, can yotu try restarting your machine with a Clean Boot and see if that has any effect?

Can you try repairing the game if you haven't already? To do so right-click the game panel in Origin and choose the Repair option. 

If you're using Steam, Right-click the game in your library, then Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of Game Cache.
