Did you install the game in Origin? If so, right click the game and select the repair game option. If you have the game on Steam, follow these steps.
Since you have both dedicated and integrated graphics, it might help to go to the Nvidia control panel and force the game to use the Nvidia graphics card. (This issue is more common on laptops due to battery management favoring integrated graphics for most tasks.) The setting should be under 'Manage 3D settings'. You can select the game from the list and check the box to force the use of the Nvidia graphics card. If you have a desktop, make sure the monitor is plugged into the graphics card instead of the motherboard.
The dxdiag show an error related to RAVBg64.exe. This is a Realtek file. You could try to disable your Realtek sound card to see if that makes the crashing stop. You wouldn't have audio anymore, but this might be useful for diagnostic purposes, just to narrow it down.
Finally, a clean boot is a good way to ensure no running programs are interfering with your game: https://help.ea.com/en-au/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

I have a similar video card and was able to fix my game to at least play it on low video settings and keep it running for long periods.
I followed a YouTube video to perform a clean uninstall of Nvidia products (mostly to get rid of Nvidia Experience). I download my drivers directly from the Nvidia.com site and everything works fine.
I change the compatibility to Win 7
Affinity to one CPU. Any are fine. I usually just set it to 01.
Keep in-game video settings to low and it works great.
I can post it here soon. You should notice some changes in performance with just a few clicks like I did.
