Dragon Age Origins crashes on startup [ Edited ]

I made a post last night but for some reason it got deleted? Anyway, I've recently reinstalled Dragon Age: Origins and I can't get it to work. I've tried everything... I've installed it separately on Origin and Steam, verified game files and repaired, tried running as administrator and running in compatibility mode, fully updated my graphics drivers... I even tried downloading a modified LLA .exe file which can apparently fix crashes, no dice. 

I have no idea what else to try. I have no mods or DLC installed, and the game crashes as soon as it starts loading. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've attached my DXDIAG file.

Your post title said 'Dragon Age Inquisition'. I took the liberty of editing it, since your post appears to be about the first game.

Have you tried a Windows clean boot? This ensures that there's no third party software impacting your game.
