Hero

I don't think the issue is Windows 10, since I'm currently playing through the game on W10 without any issues.

The first step would be to repair the game. If you have the game in Origin (and judging by the file path, I think you do), right click the game and select 'repair game'.

If that doesn't work, set the CPU affinity for this game to one core. You can do this in the Windows Task Manager (ctrl + shift + esc) while the game is running.

I have a similar issue

Win 10 x64 Pro

2x 980ti in SLI

trying to run it in 4k resolution - has no performance issues but random crashes all over

going to try running in a window.

I have found mine freezes and I can't do anything in the game.

I hit <ctrl> <alt> <del> and then hit cancel and my game continues on until the next time it happens, normally about an hour or so, then I do the same thing.
