Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Blood Dragon Armor

I had purchased the "On the House" version of DAO but it gave me no DLC at all.  I then bought the Ultimate Edition during the Black Friday Sale.  I got all the DLC except the Blood Dragon Armor.  It does not appear on any DLC listing either in-game or on on Origin.  I downloaded the DAOzip file for use with the updater but it fails to install.  Here is the install log: 01.12.2014 22:39 - , Information - Settings: DAUGameTCPPort: 8000

Help please.  Is the armor in the game?  Haven't started it yet so I don't know for sure.  If it is not, how can I get it?
