Dragon Age Keep & Registration Issues

I purchased DA:O on Origin and even though I have a valid key for the game, I'm not able to register it for some reason. I get a "code is not valid for this game" error.

I played DA:O and followed it up with DA:II and had NO issues with the sequel importing my world state from DA:O - so I find it weird that Dragon Age Keep isn't syncing.

I was able to register my DA:II game without any problems. I used the same email for everything so that's not the issue either.

I'd really like to upload my Warden. My Champion is showing up fine. It's weird.

The Keep only imports basic character information, so none of the plot flags. You might as well just create a new character without importing. The result will be the same.
