DLC Issues

So, today seemed fine everything was going good, I had the DLCS working and functional. I run Dragon Age Origins off Vortex, as I have a few mods. Yet I own it through Origins. Yet when I loaded it up, it said, DLCS not found. I go to my downloadable content and no DLCs are shown. Are the servers down or something, because this is super strange? I own the Ultimate Edition, all DLCs use to be there. I reinstalled it twice, and repaired it to no avail, if anyone has a fix for this or a similar issue pleasure respond.
