DAO is now DOA: Stuck in a locked room in the lower ruins (no jugs, no water)

I'm over 46 hours into the DAO game and my character is now stuck in a large room that does NOT included fountains, jugs or water.  It did have the Juggernaut in the round center area up stairs in the middle of the huge room.  There's one way in and the door locked behind and my character cannot open the door even with the highest level of lockpick.  This is a programming glitch and I want to know if you've created a patch in the last 7 years that this game has been on the market.  If there is, WHERE do I find this patch for my xbox360 game?
