DA:O characters not syncing to Keep - BSN data storage full

My new Wardens are not syncing to the keep. After following most of the steps in  this guide http://www.princessstabbity.com/old-bsn-sync-troubleshooting and trying the "upload a screenshot" one I got an error message saying my player profile data storage is full. I followed the appropriate links to the old BSN pages but I can't select my orgins player profile on BSN as the BSN profile itself was only created in 2015 when all of its pages had already been made read-only.

Is there a way I can still get to this player profile so I can delete the data?

How many characters do you have in the Keep?  The issue now isn't the BSN (as you noted, it's locked.)  The issue is the storage in the Keep.

It's not an issue with Keep storage space as this is an issue that persists only with my wardens, I can still have as many Hawkes and Inquisitors as I want.

The issue really is BSN, or more specifically, the servers linked to the old bsn pages. It's on those servers that DAO uploads your warden info along with any screenshots etc you wanted to upload, and the keep pulls the information from these servers for DAO. Simply deleting a hero from the keep (which I have done multiple times already) does not delete those same files from the server.

Which brings me to my current problem. My new wardens aren't uploading to the server as I've apparantly reached the maximum number of files allowed per user for my BSN DAO player profile, yet I only have 2 wardens uploaded to the keep and 3 wardens total in my game. (I used to have a lot more but I recently purged the older ones.) Users with legacy profiles from before the BSN pages were made read-only can still access their DAO player profile on the old pages and delete unnecesary files, mine however was automatically created after the pages had been locked already so I can't even see these user files. The only reason I know I've reached the file limit is because it's displayed in game.

I tried EA support to see if they might have a solution but no cigar. the agent, after 2 hours of troubleshooting and multiple consultations with colleages and in-house specialist, told me they hadn't been given the necessary rights/resources to support this legacy database. At this point I've fairly given up that a solution might exist.

@CopperString;  Ahhh...  Much better explanation.  And yeah, I don't think there's anything to be done.  I just looked at my own "Profile Diagnostics" page on the BSN and was able to delete a couple of (mostly duplicative) characters and a few screenshots.  That took my total number of files down to 36 (was at the 50-file max).   So it looks like those of us who had BSN profiles "back in the day", can do that much.

But not sure if any of that that matters for "new" Wardens created since the BSN went Read-Only.  Whether one were under the number-of-files cap, one might still not be able to upload new data anyway...
