DA:O Ultimate Edition Bonus not Downloading

Bonus items like:

Pearl of Anointed

Bregan's Bow

Bulwark of the True King

The Wicked Oath 

Amulet of the War Mage and many more are not downloading (Clicked Retry and reinstaled still nothing)

I have the game on Steam is this the problem?

Same issue for the Xbox one...had issue when purchased on the 360 and never got a chance to enjoy it on either...lemme know if someone resolves. Did try to send an email out but no reply.

Necro'ing an almost 4-year old thread originally about a problem on a different platform is unlikely to be useful.

For missing DAO entitlements on the XB360, I think you're going to have to talk to an EA Game Advisor.
