After reading through a lot of these comments I performed a clean install of my graphics drivers from geforce experiance and this solved the issue for me. I had the same problem where despite being Nvidia the physX folder wasn;t there and I already had the latest version installed.  So even with the latest verison installed it can still be corrupt somehow.

My Advice, latest graphics drivers including physX with a clean install.

Dont need that.I solved this problem with PhysX.When i was installing PhysX my game was work perfectly.Here is the link:
