Character walks through the ground and walls.

★★★ Newbie

For starters, I have played DA: Origins on this computer before and here is my system.

Operating System
    Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
CPU
    AMD Phenom II X4 980 3.7GHz
    Deneb 45nm Technology
RAM
    12.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 802MHz (11-11-11-28)
Motherboard
ASUSTeK Computer INC. Crosshair IV Formula (AM3)
Graphics
    PX2710MW (1920x1080@60Hz)
    FPD1775W (1280x720@60Hz)
1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (EVGA)
Storage
119GB SAMSUNG SSD 830 Series ATA Device (SSD)
2794GB Seagate ST3000DM001-1CH166 ATA Device (SATA)

With Dragon Age: Inquisition out now I decided to replay DA before starting the third. After creating my character I noticed that every now and then I couldn't use the mouse to move my character and instead had to use the arrow keys. Turns out that it wasn't letting me move by mouse to act surface that wasn't ont he same plane as the one I was one. This became extremely evident once i started into the kakari wilds because i was able to walk on the lake, walk through mountains, hills, or absolutly anything else. All my companions, and the enemy were as well. If the enemy spawned at a higher point on the ground then they weren't in the same plane as me and therefore, melee attacks didn't work. every now and then, an enemy, companion, or me would jump to a different plane and proceed to walk around on that one. meaning that they would just walk around in the air.

I have reloaded the game multiple times, uninstalled and removed all trace of the game from my pc and reloaded, and even tried loading from the original CD and not origins all to the same issue. It doesn't matter what character i make, or any of the DLCs, and it also doesn't work with DA2.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really want to play the new one but I want to know that it will work before I spend the money for it.
