Blood dragon armor won't work

I have downloaded the blood dragon armor before but when I go to extras on any of the dragon age's it's not there or showing up where to suppose to be. Help?

I have the blood dragon for Mass effect 2 but somehow not for the dragon ages

Thanks for the extra information!

I've checked in my PS Store and I cannot see the download file for the Blood Dragon armour as well 

I cannot promise anything, but I'll ask around about its availability and come back to you, once I get any answers.
