Authorisations for Edfge and Stone Prisoner lost

G'day Folks,

I fired up DA:O for the first time in a long time and am told I don't have authorisations for the Edge and Stone Prisoner DLCs.  THe box came with Stone Prisoner and the Edge was granted free IIRC.

The DLCs are listed on my "gamers page" at social.bioware.com and my login IDs are the same email.

Any suggesstions?
