Anora file help "den510cr_anora.utc"

Strange crash moment. When I try to enter places such as arl's redcliffe exertior in arl's denerim .it turns me off. I can't enter big places. Common is that one of the characters crashed or dissappeared in both of these places, and i want to restore that character ( who is Anora) but i dont know how. First head dissappeared, second, I couldn't see her entirely and interact too. Where you should have "den510cr_anora.utc" file and how it should be written. Because all problem with game started with one number to remove in file (head morph)

Right click the game in the Origin client (not the website) and then Repair, this can find and fix errors in the game files.

It still crashes when i try to enter al's redcliffe estate in denerim. I can enter anywhere but that place.

Edit: I second time i used repair it found error it there. THX for help
