spoils of quanri and avvar dlc not loading games

i downloaded both the dlcs recently and games will randomly not load because it says they arent installed, even though i downloaded both and have not made any adjustments. i do not always connect to the servers (since they are down a lot) but i still get this error

i use a lot of mods so i honestly would have no idea which mod would interfere with this. i always have to lose a couple hours of gameplay.

windows 10, all updated. all dlcs

ok i repaired the game and reloaded the game and all is working. i was trying to use frosty manager instead of the original suite loader

Hey @sapphosera

I admit that it's difficult to say if any troubleshooting steps will be successful if you're using lots of mods 

Have you tried to run the game without any mods to check if they interfere with the official DLCs?
