PC Dragon Age Inquisition can't connect to Origin. I also get an error syncing cloud saves when I start the game, even though I have cloud saves disabled. When I checked the preference for cloud saves in Origin, it is turned on, and attempting to turn it off again generates an error.

I don't want to play disconnected from the server, because I want progress towards achievements to count.

Seems to be working now. Guess it was down for 30-45 minutes altogether.
