origin account

okay, so I made an origin account today as I have forgotten which origin account is linked to my xbox live account. I would like to be able to find out if my gamertag is linked to an origin account and if I can access the account which is linked to my gamertag so that I can go on the dragon age keep website and insert my data as I have played both the games. please help.
