my game freezes

I just started a new game as a elf bow rouge...i get thru to the point where you have your first council meeting before going to the Hinterlands for the first time and the game freezes but isnt frozen...i cant move the game isnt moving forward with anything i can only open my menu .... everyone is just standing around the table....anyone else get this? If so did yiu get past it?

What platform you playing on? Had similar issues on PC. Just repaired it , rebooted and was gone

How did you repaired it.I downloaded the game few days ago and it keeps freezing no matter what i do.tried a lot from internet or youtube but nothing helped.
