i bought the game on my xbox one, full digital content, goty edition. i started playing before it was finished installing. it wouldn't allow me to unlock areas in the war room, like travelling to val reoux. download finished, install finished, problem persists. when i try to skip a conversation, or unlock a new area, it tells me content installing. when i check the status from my xbox one menu, it tells me everything is downloaded and installed
