I started the trial and it said that it would pause if i signed out of my xbox account. Will tthe clock start rolling again if i'm signed into my account but playimg another game?i wont be able to devote 6 hours straight to the game untill later tonight

The clock runs only while the game is running. If you close the game to take a break or play another game, you can resume the rest of your time when you return. Just make sure that the game is properly closed and not running in the background.
