cant play at all anymore.

i was running around in the skyhold keep when the game froze on my xboxone. After this event im unable to get past the start screen of the game. i can press the "press Menu button" and then the game freeze up and go to blackscreen after 15-30 seconds. please help!

Hey, try booting up another game, then restart Inquisition and try again. 

If this has no effect, do a full restart of your machine and then take another shot and see if you can get any farther.
