cant load save game [ Edited ]

hi,  (also asked this on nexusmods tho no one seems to be active there...)

im using frosty mod manger to mod the game, im using these mods:

* war table no waiting

* more banter

* MRM_sera anyone 1 of 2

* MRM_sera anyone 2 of 2

* MRM_Full

* kt josephine (isabela's outfit)
* sera hair - low bun

i installed the black emporium DLC and i can accesses it on vanilla, i cant accesses it with the mods (none of them), and i was fine with it (just didnt use it).

during the dance quest (Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts) i have a consistence crash of the game on the servants sector map (where you jump down the balcony to the first cutscene ), so i played it with no mods (on vanila) saved the game and now when trying to load the game i get:

"unable to load save data as required dlc is missing the black emporium"

going back to vanilla - works

with mods (any of them) - error
on vanila/mods without the DLC - error

how do i fix it?

i have tried to repair the game files (nothing was wrong) also fresh reinstall of it (twice) now i get that error on 4 DLCs and not just that one :/

if i play it on vanilla all DLCs are registered and working, if i mod it with frosty "DLC are missing" :/

please advise i dont have much time left to play it (subscription is ending in ~2 weeks) and i have a lot of Hours into that save :/

Edit 2:

seems this is the solution (for dlcs but no for BE DLC):

"If you delete the "ModData" folder every time you alter your modlist, Frost MM will regenerate the folder when you next try to launch through it. Then everything works as it should.

Apparently, the ModData folder wasn't deleted when I uninstalled DAI, which I probably should have realized. "

Is this perhaps related to the issue where you have to change the game's version number after enabling, disabling, and re-enabling mods? If so, here's a thread about that: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/3518945-incompatible-version/

i went up with the patch number up to 40 and 39 (and the other way around 39 and 40) still the same for me if and it ask for DLC when i run it with mods, on vanilla it works :/

and the 2nd thread is about corrupt files of the DLC and the DLC works on vanilla, just not with mods...
