I have dragon age inquisition for Xbox one and I am going to get a ps4 and my brother said he has it for ps4. To me the game looks way better just wanted to know can I transfer my save from xbox one to ps4 through the dragon keep thing that's on the game?

Sorry, the saves are completely separate. You can use the same initial worldstate that you used when starting on your Xbox, but you'll need to start a new game from scratch.
