black screen help!

So I've been playing da:i and i got to ozamar and when the cut scene started it faded to a black screen but i could hear my character fighting. Eventually after waiting for a while it said that my characters died and i died as well. I have no idea how to fix this... Please help.

Hey @Reque12

Just to clarify - are you playing Dragon Age Origins, where a big part of the game takes place in Orzammar or are you playing Dragon Age Inquisition and you're speaking about The Descent DLC?

And for any problems with black screen, I usually recommend reinstalling your graphics card drivers as a first step
